Hi Michael I put request into customer support on 9th April have not heard anything back can you please review request and let me know if anything is possible on this kind regards Joe

Hi Joe, thank you for your message. I have just gone into our support desk to look for your ticket and can see that we received a blank message on the 9th April, our team did reply the next day but we didn't hear back so the ticket got closed. Would you be kind enough to contact us again with your query.

We aim to reply to all tickets within 48 hours, usually it's a lot faster, and occasionally a bit slower, but if you haven't heard from us within a few days please check your spam folder to make sure our reply hasn't gone there, and if it hasn't please get in touch again to make sure we received your message.
