The Time Machine

(Last Updated On: December 3, 2016)

Something interesting has happened this week, an article that I wrote in 2010 has started to get a lot of people reading it.

I’m not quite sure why, or how, this has suddenly happened.

But it gave me a reason to look back at it and read it again myself.

And the principles I wrote about in 2010 are still effective, and apply today J

It’s all about dutching, and you can check it out here:

I bloody love dutch betting.

It’s allows you to spread your risk, gives you a higher strike rate and does it without reducing your ROI much.

I mean let’s be honest, there’s very few races which only have one horse that can contend in it!

So why not bet on all the possible horses that can contend.

The method I talk about is called the Dutch Overlay, and it’s written down in black and white here…

All the best,

  1. Michael, Enjoyed reading this piece in 2010 and have used the logic of it since. Of course you are right about value and when you add the two elements together – BINGO!
Keep up the fantastic work with Race Advisor, definitely the best read on the net!
